What Unlimited Job Posting Means
Every Expertini ATS plan — including the free 14-day Trial — includes unlimited active job postings. No posting slots, no per-job fees, no monthly caps.
On every Expertini ATS plan you can have as many jobs open at once as your hiring actually needs — the platform never counts posting slots, charges per listing, or asks you to close one role to open another. The free 14-day Trial is included in that: it used to cap active jobs, and no longer does, because an employer moving in from an Expertini country job site arrives with every listing they already had live and should not have to choose which of their own vacancies to switch off in order to evaluate the product.
Each published job is also distributed automatically to the matching country site of the global Expertini network and submitted to Google for Jobs — included in the flat plan price, with no per-posting or per-country distribution fee.

01Why most ATS pricing counts jobs — and this one doesn't
Per-job pricing is the industry's oldest meter: it turns every new opening into a purchasing decision and quietly punishes the companies hiring hardest. Expertini's plans meter what actually costs something to run — AI scoring volume, candidate CV views, storage, seats — and leave core applicant tracking uncounted, because gating basic hiring behind slots felt backwards for a product calling itself an ATS.
02What counts as an active job
A job in published status, live on your careers page and the network. Drafts and closed jobs never count against anything on any plan — including Trial — so you can prepare as many postings as you like before going live.
03What the Trial does limit
Volume, not capability. Every Hiring Tool is unlocked during the trial, including Talent Search — what stays metered is monthly usage: CMS scores, AI prompts, Resume Score checks, candidate CV views, Spotlight posts and Expertini Cloud storage. You can see the whole product; you cannot run a month of production hiring through it for free. The trial then expires rather than quietly continuing.
04Quality still matters
Unlimited doesn't mean unmoderated: every posting passes the network's accuracy and quality standards, and postings that trip a quality check get a quick human review before going live. Unlimited volume, honest listings.
Platform architecture & operations
A1How this is enforced in the platform
This allowance is not marketing copy over a spreadsheet — it is metered server-side. Counters live on the organisation record, are checked at the same chokepoints that serve the feature, and reset on the billing cycle. The usage page and the in-app Usage & Credits view read the same counters the enforcement uses, so what you see is what the platform is actually counting.
When a limit is reached the behaviour is honest: the action stops with the count that triggered it and the exact plan that lifts it — never a degraded silent mode. Everything written is yours to take: CSV exports and the Data Export app cover the same stores the product itself reads. The exit is as open as the entrance — by design, not concession.
