Payments & Billing at Expertini

How Expertini takes payment, which currencies and methods are supported, and where your card details actually live — which is never on our servers.

Everything Expertini charges for runs through [Stripe](https://stripe.com), and that choice determines most of what follows on this page. Card numbers are entered on Stripe's own hosted checkout, not on an Expertini form, so the full card number never reaches our servers and cannot be stored, logged, or exposed by us. What Expertini keeps is a customer reference, the last four digits, and the plan you are on.

There are two quite different things you can pay for, and they work differently on purpose. A subscription is a recurring plan billed monthly or annually. Programmatic Job Ads are a one-off, prepaid purchase of clicks — no subscription, no renewal, and unused clicks are refundable. The pages below cover each in turn.

Supported currencies — prices are set in USD and shown in your local currency automatically. What the conversion costs, who pays it, and why the figure on the pricing page is labelled as approximate.

Supported payment methods — the 27 methods enabled on the account, which ones appear where, and the honest limitation on subscriptions that most pages like this leave out.

Payment security — what Stripe holds, what Expertini holds, and what neither of us can see.

02Managing what you pay

Getting an invoice — every payment produces one automatically; where to find it and how to add a VAT or company number.

Managing your subscription — upgrading, downgrading, and switching between monthly and annual.

Cancelling any time — one button, no notice period, no fee, and nothing deleted.

Subscription refund policy — stated plainly: unused subscription time is not refunded, and here is why, and what is.

03Programmatic Job Ads (one-off)

Paying for Programmatic Job Ads — a prepaid click package at a fixed rate, not a subscription and not an auction.

Refunds for unused clicks — you are refunded for clicks you ordered and did not receive, at the rate you paid.

04The short version

Expertini never sees your card number. Prices are in USD and converted to your currency at checkout, with the exact amount shown before you confirm. Subscriptions renew until you cancel and can be cancelled at any time from your billing page. Programmatic click packages never renew, and unused clicks come back to you.

Frequently asked questions

Does Expertini store my card details?
No. Card details are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout page, never on an Expertini form. We store a Stripe customer reference and the last four digits so you can recognise the card — nothing that could be used to charge it elsewhere.
What name appears on my statement?
IEXPERTINI LTD. If you are asking your bank to allow a recurring payment, that is the descriptor to give them.
Which company am I contracting with?
Expertini Limited, a UK-registered company. Invoices are issued in its name.
Can I pay by invoice or bank transfer instead of card?
For annual plans and larger orders, yes — see Supported payment methods. For monthly self-serve plans a card or direct debit is faster and starts your plan immediately.
