How We Price Expertini ATS
Five flat-priced plans — Starter, Growth, Professional, Business, Enterprise — with team seats included, no per-user fees, no per-posting fees, and 70+ hiring tools, 40+ live apps, and built-in AI shipping in the same subscription.
Most hiring software is priced per seat: a list price per user per month, multiplied by everyone who needs access, plus add-ons for the capabilities that actually differentiate a process — assessments, video interviews, AI screening, analytics, CRM, even job advertising. The market value of a mainstream applicant tracking system typically works out to roughly $15–$60 per user per month before any of those add-ons, and the add-ons are usually separate vendors with separate invoices. We price differently on purpose: every Expertini ATS plan — Starter, Growth, Professional, Business, and Enterprise — is one flat price with its team seats included, and the full tool suite, the apps directory, and the built-in AI ship inside that same price.
That structure isn't charity — it's a bet on how hiring teams actually work. Hiring is a team sport: the moment access costs money per person, teams start sharing logins, interviewers stay outside the system, and the evidence trail breaks exactly where it matters. Flat pricing means your interviewers, hiring managers, and coordinators can all be in the system, and the audit trail stays complete.

01The per-seat math, honestly
Divide our flat prices by the seats included and the effective per-seat cost is a fraction of typical market value: Starter at $11.99/month with 2 seats is $6.00 per seat; Growth at $34.99 with 5 seats is $7.00; Professional at $89.99 with 10 seats is $9.00; Business at $249.99 with 25 seats is $10.00; Enterprise at $599.99 with 50 seats is $12.00 per seat. On annual billing (roughly 20% off) those fall to about $4.80, $5.60, $7.20, $8.00, and $9.60 per seat per month respectively. Against a market where the ATS alone commonly runs $15–$60 per user per month — before assessments, video interviewing, AI screening, or CRM are added — the savings calculator lets you run the comparison with your own numbers.
02Five tiers that map to how teams actually grow
Starter is real structured hiring at entry price — unlimited jobs, calendar and meeting connections, your own careers domain with enterprise-grade SSL. Growth unlocks assessments, video interviews, analytics, and cloud-document connections. Professional is full hiring power: Client CRM for agencies, Email Campaigns, social publishing, e-signature, and automation. Business adds the intelligence suite — Custom Report Builder, Diversity Analyzer, Time-to-Hire — plus screening, HRIS, CRM, ERP, and accounting connectors with two-way sync. Enterprise removes the ceilings: the full 70+ tool suite with unlimited monthly use, every connector, priority support, guided onboarding, and a dedicated account manager. What never changes across tiers is the core: unlimited jobs, unlimited applications, the same deterministic CMS scoring formula, and global distribution.
03Why the tools and apps aren't add-ons
The industry norm is to sell the ATS, then sell the gaps: an assessment platform per candidate, a video-interview tool per bundle, an AI-matching add-on per seat, a careers-site builder as an upsell, a job-advertising platform on separate billing. Expertini ships the whole hiring lifecycle natively — 70+ hiring tools including technical and behavioural assessments, async video interviews, CMS semantic screening, programmatic job advertising, Email Campaigns, pipeline, offers, and audit reports — plus 40+ live apps spanning calendars, cloud storage, e-signature, background screening, HRIS, CRM, ERP, and accounting, under the one plan price. Where an app connects to your own external account (your ad accounts, your WhatsApp Business credentials, your Salesforce or Odoo instance), you pay that vendor for their service, never a markup to us.
04Why AI usage has monthly allowances
Every AI operation we run has a real cost, and pretending otherwise ends one of two ways: either the price quietly rises for everyone, or the AI gets throttled invisibly. We publish allowances instead — CMS candidate scores, AI prompts, and Resume Score checks per month on each plan, with heavier operations (like generating a 50-question assessment) costing a published number of credits. The platform is engineered for volume — the network hosts millions of live jobs and the scoring engines process thousands of evaluations — so the allowances are a pricing decision, not a capacity one, sized so typical teams never think about them. The pricing page shows every number rather than gating them behind a sales call.
05What we don't charge for
No per-user fees. No per-job-posting fees — publishing distributes to Expertini country sites worldwide and partner feeds at no extra cost on every plan. No per-candidate assessment or video-interview fees. No implementation or onboarding fee. No charge for exporting your data — the Data Export app downloads everything your organisation owns as one structured file, because pricing should keep you by being worth it, not by locking you in.
06Priced on published research, not sales theatre
The scoring engine this pricing wraps is documented in the open: Expertini has published its Candidate Match Score methodology — a deterministic, weighted multi-criteria formula with AI used only for semantic extraction — across peer-submitted papers on SSRN, TechRxiv, and its 2026 hybrid-framework study. Independent academic work has begun engaging with it too: a 2026 Luleå University of Technology master's thesis on agent-based CV–job matching cites Expertini's semantic-recruitment case study among its related work, and a 2025 peer-reviewed survey in the NIU Journal of Social Sciences identifies the Expertini platform among the AI applications recruiters actively use for CV parsing and shortlisting. We mention this here because it's the honest basis of the price: you're paying for an auditable, reproducible screening method — not a black box with a sales deck.
